Over 38,000 members have found their way to European Energy Review
European Energy Review started as a bimonthly print magazine in November 2007. As of the first week of December 2009, it was converted into an online publication.
European Energy Review publishes original reports, interviews, analyses, viewpoints and debates, written by correspondents and energy professionals across Europe.
As of September 2012, over 38,000 energy stakeholders from across Europe (and the world) had registered to receive our newsletter and get access to our website.
Starting in January 2013 European Energy Review introduced a paid Premium Membership, which includes various extras in addition to the regular email newsletter and articles. Premium Members get full access to EER's extensive library of some 3,000 articles. They receive an eBook EER Monthly, with a round up of all the articles published during the month and in-depth overview of one theme. In the course of 2013 webinars will be added for Premium Members. They will also be offered discounts on conferences, seminars and meetings. With the introduction of the Premium Membership we will also reintroduce print to our portfolio with the publication of EER Yearbook.
It is possible to get a free 30 day-trial to the Premium Membership to get aquainted with our extended services and publications.
The editorial focus of European Energy Review is on what we call the great European energy transition – the movement from national and state-controlled energy markets to a unified, liberalised (and regulated) European market, and from a fossil-fuel dominated energy mix to a more diverse energy mix in the future.
We believe there is no other international publication which provides this much-needed focus.
European Energy Review is published by Castel International Publishers in Groningen. It is fully independent and supported by an editorial board and an advisory board consisting of prominent energy professionals.
Editor-in-chief: Ben Warner
Senior editors: Sonja van Renssen (Brussels), Alex Forbes (London), Paul Hockenos (Berlin)
